Murrayhill is a full-service residential and commercial community located in SW Beaverton, which was initially developed by Columbia Willamette Development Company between 1986 and 1992, and embraces 379 acres of prime land just NW of the intersection of Murray Boulevard and Scholls Ferry Road. The Community was planned to preserve the rich topography and natural resources of the area, while also creating a community of striking but complimentary architecture, unique open spaces, street views, and Town Center amenities. The 1,456 residences in our community are a combination of single family lots, town homes and multi-family complexes.

The Murrayhill community is located within the Beaverton School District and includes Nancy Ryles Elementary school, Highland Park and Conestoga Middle schools, and Southridge High School. There are also an excellent assortment of nearby private, charter and magnet schools. There are two major commercial and professional sites within the community, the Murrayhill Marketplace and the Murray-Scholls Town Center, providing the community with easy access to a vast array of retail shops, banks, restaurants, child care, professional services and the Murrayhill branch of the Beaverton Public Library. The recreational spaces include the Murrayhill Home Town and Recreation Center with three swimming pools, a wading pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor tennis and basketball courts, athletic field, play structure and miles of walking and bicycling trails within the Murrayhill natural resource areas and the adjacent THPRD managed Power Line Park.
